These terms cover your use of repunch.app, run by Bold Tech Labs FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
repunch.app describes a stamp-card service for independent cafés that is not live yet. Joining the waitlist or the café pilot doesn’t create a contract for a paid service; pilot terms for cafés are agreed separately in writing.
Your use
Please don’t misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload it, no submitting other people’s details.
Content
Café names and passes shown on the site are illustrations of how the product works unless we say a café is a partner. Prices and dates (including the January 2027 pilot) are our current plan and may change. Third-party figures are quoted with their source.
Repunch, the re:punch wordmark and the punched-dot mark are ours; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
