Do I need to download anything?
No. The card is a native Apple or Google Wallet pass. Scan the QR, tap "Add", done.
Is it one card for all cafés?
Each café has its own card with its own reward. They all sit together in your Wallet, so you never lose one.
How does the barista stamp it?
They scan the QR on your card from their phone's browser. The stamp appears on your pass within a second — nothing for either of you to install.
What if my phone is offline?
Wallet passes work offline. The QR on the card is all the barista needs.
Do stamps expire?
Only if the café says so, and it's printed on the card. No surprise resets.
